Actor Saif Ali Khan discharged from Lilavati hospital after five days
After being hospitalised for five days, actor Saif Ali Khan has been discharged from Lilavati Hospital on Tuesday (January 21, 2025) following the knife attack at his Bandra residence in Mumbai on January 16.The accused, Shahzad, stabbed him and caused him six injuries, harming his thoracic spine. Doctors performed surgery to remove 2.5 mm knife piece .Mr. Khan was hospitalised after he was attacked in alleged robbery attempt when accused broke into his house and in confrontation he got injured. Mumbai police arrested accused identified Shariful Islam Shahzad. On interrogation, police found he was Bangladeshi national living in India and worked with housekeeping company.
